Admission Process

Step 1. Electronic application - Online Registration Platform.

Step 2. Submiting required documents - in individual cases WPUT will accept
scans of the admission documents, with the reservation that the candidate
will be required to submit for inspection the originals.

Step 3. Confirmation of admission – individual decisions issued by the University.

Requirements

Required documents for admission to bachelor programme:
  1. personal questionnaire - application form for studies with the candidate's signature (printout from the ISR - Online Registration Platform),
  2. a photocopy of the secondary school certificate (with the list of grades) legalised or with an apostille, with the positive evaluation of biology, chemistry or mathematics on your secondary school certificate;
  3. translation into Polish or English of the diploma referred to in point 2, if it is drawn up in a foreign language or English version of the document,
  4. a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications for the candidate to study on the chosen programme – issued by the International Mobility Office upon request,
  5. photocopy of the ID card or other document confirming the identity of the candidate for studies,
  6. current color photograph which should be uploaded in ISR,
  7. declaration of readiness to take up studies (printout from ISR),
  8. official confirmation that presented diploma entitles its holder to take up further education (at bachelor level) in the country of issue (eligibility statement).

    All documents must be sent electronically to the email address admission@zut.edu.pl according to the schedule.
    Hard copies of the documents must be presented after arrival and registration at University.

 English language requirements:
  • photocopy of a document confirming knowledge of the English language (in which the studies will be conducted): Certificate of English language B2 (so called the First Certificate in English) (issued not later than 2 years before)
  • or the certificate with positive evaluation of attended English course and, accordingly, the interview with the commission of academic teachers from Faculty of Food Science and Fisheries, and English lector of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Poland
